Google analytics

When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.  We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site.  This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

How and why we use personal data

We use your personal data to ensure we can deliver our services to you:

We process your personal data so that we can manage your customer accounts, provide you with the product and services you require. Processing your data in this way is necessary to enable us to fulfil our obligations to you as your supplier. This information is held in our accounting system software which is a widely used and trusted accounting package, the data therefore is not stored on any one person’s computer. The information is only accessible by an authorised user with a logon name and password.

We also store names, addresses, phone number and email address on our emailing software.  This is stored on one computer and can only be accessed by the authorised user with a logon name and password and the system administrator.
